Deep light 1; Deep light 2

These jars by Dosik Seo were hand raised from silver. Starting from a flat sheet of metal placed on a stake, the forms were gradually shaped through rhythmic hammering. The surfaces were then smoothed by hand to achieve subtle curves. Celebrating the lustre of silver, the subtle curvatures across the pieces enhance the material’s ability to reflect light.
