These jars by Sanghyun Yoon were wheel thrown in white porcelain and formed by joining two hemispheres. They were finished with a light glazing and high temperature reduction firing to create a refined texture. Expressing the beauty of emptiness and asymmetry, the pieces symbolically contain human time and cosmic order.
