These jars by Kurt Alexander were hand thrown in porcelain and adorned with reclaimed factory waste to recreate natural marine life. The surfaces were finished with opal glazes. Mirroring the sea’s beauty, the pieces underscore the vulnerability of coral to bleaching due to climate change.
