@Mandy BlakeMetamorphosis
This sculpture by Mandy Blake was created from thousands of North Sea shells, each sorted by hand and selected for its shape and size. The shells were assembled onto an undulating surface, creating depth and texture across the composition. Twisting and turning as if seeking escape, the piece evokes a continuous process of change, growth and evolution. Forms emerge, dissolve and become one another, capturing the fleeting nature of existence.
