Light of Longing
This lamp was created during Homo Faber Fellowship 2025/26 by lamp maker Helena Imaginário based in Portugal, and Chinese fellow Ou Sansan. This piece emerged from a dialogue between Portuguese and Mongolian perspectives on the emotional hunger of longing. Woodworking, mixed fibre weaving and contemporary conceptual exploration combine to create a functional yet deeply symbolic object.
