Week-long paper porcelain workshop in Cheissoux

Discover the versatility of paper porcelain through hands-on projects. This course with Yaël Malignac and Guillaume Descoings aims to empower participants to autonomously formulate their own paper porcelain recipe and craft objects. Covered skills include preparing slip, crafting sheets, shaping, and applying finishes like drying and glazing. Explore various decoration techniques for both raw and dry pieces, discover tool-making basics, find reliable suppliers, delve into firing paper porcelain, and gain insights into simple electrical assembly. This workshop takes place over five days, organised into 7-hour sessions each day. The course fee is 600 EUR per person, excluding meals. You will have the option to add meals during the registration process, at a rate of 50 EUR for the week.
