This is a four-day course that runs either over two weekends or on four consecutive Saturdays. In this class Helen introduces open back glass casting, covering, model making, mould making, mould cleaning and packing, glass quantities, kiln firing schedules and basic cold finishing techniques. Participants will design and cast their own unique glass artwork, following the process right through to grinding and polishing the final piece, all with Helen’s expert advice. All materials are included. The classes take place at Helen’s Cotswold-based workshop. The course runs annually, usually over the summer.
