This wall hanging by Caralarga was hand woven from raw cotton with tinted cotton threads, and mounted on an iron rod with brackets. Inspired by Morse code, the work recreates the rhythm of electrical pulses as a means of communication through tassels and ties, encrypting a message into the design.
