This course is addressed to those who are already familiar with bobbin lace and wish to discover the secrets of the authentic Punto Antico Aquilano: a type of lace that was developed in L’Aquila in the 15th century. The advanced course offers participants the possibility to personalise the class according to their level of expertise. Simona Iannini explains the design, how to begin and close the lace, various types of stitches and borders, and, upon request, how to sew the lace onto fabric. Participants in the advanced course are requested to bring their own tools and thread. This course costs 60 EUR and lasts 2 hours.
