Founded in the early 1970s by Cleto Munari, in search of new artistic expressions in the design of everyday objects, the workshop of the same name became known thanks to its first furnishing objects. The pieces were born from the collaboration with important designers and artists from all over the world. The meeting with the great master Carlo Scarpa and Ettore Sottsass was fundamental, and prize collaborations have remained a characteristic of the label's approach to create unique collections that range from jewellery to furnishing objects, art accessories and watches.
Cleto Munari has combined innovative stylistic research with unceasing experimentation of shapes and materials, making use of the precious experience of craftspeople from the Veneto region, masters of precious metals, glass, ceramics, wood, leather, carpets and other crafts. Each creation is the result of refined craftsmanship and a contemporary aesthetic vision, in perfect balance between innovation and tradition.
