Autruches clip (2015)

This clip by Van Cleef & Arpels was handcrafted with diamonds and coloured gemstones surrounding a 52.14-carat grey pearl. The sapphires’ varied cuts and graduated hues create a rich play of light and movement. Hailing from the L’Arche de Noé racontée par Van Cleef & Arpels 2015 High Jewelry Collection, the piece depicts two bejewelled ostriches protecting a pearl. Reimagining the story of Noah’s Ark, it reflects the Maison’s enduring fascination with the animal world.
