The workshop of the hat manufacturer Kepka & Söhne located in Graz, Austria, has a rich history in traditional hat making. In 2003, Karin Krahl-Wichmann took over the business founded in 1910 in Graz, mixing the traditional techniques her father has taught her with contemporary designs. After an introduction in which participants learn about the manufacturer’s history, you will discover the different materials that are used in the making of a hat and get a live demonstration of the hat making process. This two-hour tour will give you an unforgettable impression of lived craftsmanship. For a group of up to 20 people the tour costs 230 euros, 280 euros for a group of 30 people.
