Marianne Seiz first opened her ceramics studio in 1993 and is now one of the few ceramicists in Austria to train apprentices. To help share her know-how with others, Marianne’s studio presents an introduction to pottery class, ideal for those who wish to try their hand at the potter’s wheel for the first time. You will be guided by master ceramicists throughout the two hours and will be shown the pottery-making process step by step. By the end of the class you will have made your own pottery bowls or small mugs. Marianne and her ceramicists will glaze the pottery for you, which you can pick up at a later date. The price of the workshop includes materials, firing and glazing of a maximum of three objects per person.
