MofuMofu is a hand-built and hand-moulded sculpture, resulting from the exploration of onomatopoeic Japanese words. MofuMofu stands for something that is soft and fluffy. The work is three-dimensional and presents different display solutions. The tops are pierced and the openings are filled with cushion filler. The form is entirely woven with hand-rolled spirals that fade from pink to white. This piece is made of white stoneware and fired at 1260°C.
