Pillow for Beautiful Thoughts
Pillow for Beautiful Thoughts is a three-dimensional sculpture in stoneware clay. The organic base form is hand-built and textured by hand-moulded drops dribbling over, following the shape and enhancing the structure. The drops are covered with a blue-green slip, darker in the sagged areas. The smooth areas are glazed with a whitish smooth glaze. The sculpture was fired once at 1260°C.
