During this two-day workshop, Susan O’Byrne will demonstrate her unique way of building and collaging with paper porcelain. Students can create abstract or figurative two or three dimensional works in paper clay and will learn how to print with slip and laser cut stencils to create detailed patterned and collaged porcelain surfaces. The workshop takes place once a year over two consecutive days in a shared ceramic studio space in Glasgow or on demand in other locations or countries. Finished works can be fired and shipped to participants for an additional charge.
