In just two hours master mosaic maker Fabio Bordi will introduce you to this time-honoured art, which reached its peak of popularity in ancient Rome, the city where Fabio was born, lives and works. Participants will decorate a tile measuring 20cm by 20cm with a geometric pattern. Tools and materials are included in the price, and no prior knowledge of mosaic making is required. The workshop can be for a single participant or for a group, and the day and time can be adapted as required. Participants can collect the finished tile the day after the workshop.

The course unfolds over four days, and classes last three hours each. Participants will be able to create one or more mosaics under the watchful eye of the master. The course can be repeated in order to allow participants to deepen their knowledge both of the technique and of the different styles of mosaic art.
