From seeing to doing, in this workshop with Matteo Seguso, master glass engraver in Murano, participants are invited to sit at the fixed lathe and try to engrave a motif onto glass. The workshop begins with a demonstration by Matteo, during which he also recounts some secrets of glass engraving. Participants can then try their hand at engraving a drawing onto a small object. They can take their creation home as a souvenir. This is a unique experience, which leads the visitor from spectator to maker, engaging in this ancient art passed down for centuries. Children can attend for free.
