Since 1985, in the heart of Bilbao, in an old industrial building, lies the workshop of Soledad Santisteban. Here you can discover her techniques and works. Among wool, natural fibers, looms, winders, shuttles, bobbins and objects made by this experienced craftswoman, participants will learn the basic techniques of loom weaving. You will learn to differentiate between types of yarn and to weave a piece made with colours, fibres and motifs you have chosen. By the end of the workshop you will have created a fabric or tapestry that you can take home as a souvenir of your visit to Soledad's workshop.
