Develop your textile project with an artisan's guidance

This workshop is about furthering a personal art project with the help of an experienced craftswoman. Regina Degiorgis Jimenez accompanies students in their contemporary art and craft production projects in this workshop. The practical part is about exploring skills, resources and tools to develop personal creative abilities in relation to textile. The objective is to develop a personal art project or contemporary crafts with textiles. The participant will analyse individual creative processes leading to the progressive development of his or her personal project. No previous experience is necessary. The workshop lasts 4 hours each day.

As in the individual course, the group mentoring and production residency is aimed at all those who have a contemporary arts and crafts project in mind. The apprentices will explore their skills to develop the creative abilities of each one of them. The aim is for all trainees to develop a personal project with textile materials. Throughout the course, participants will progressively analyse their respective creative processes. The contents related to each of the projects will be studied in the theoretical part. The course is aimed at any level and no previous experience is required. The workshop lasts 4 hours each day.
