Julieta Álvarez believes the best way to achieve success in her craft is to constantly be experimenting. Instilling this approach in anyone who wishes to enjoy ceramics, Julieta offers this workshop in her Madrid atelier to teach basic techniques of ceramics and how they can be creatively applied to jewellery and other functional or decorative objects. No previous knowledge is required, as students can learn to make, model, glaze and decorate ceramic objects. The course takes place over two Saturdays, and the price includes materials, tools, kiln firing and a breakfast. Each session lasts 4 hours.
