A full day of discovering ancient screen printing techniques awaits you in this historical Venetian atelier. The morning is devoted to an introduction to silkscreen techniques and an analysis of some artworks. You will then develop your own work with screen printing master Gianpaolo Fallani, observing the effects and layering of colours and transparencies in the printing phase, before creating your own acetates and frames. The afternoon is centred on preparing inks and choosing printing paper. You will proceed to print 20 numbered and signed three-colour copies, five of which will be archived in the atelier's collection. At the end of the workshop you will receive a certificate of participation. Up to four additional participants can be included at a cost of 200 euros per person.
