Located by the Léman Lake in the town of Vevey, atelier Sinopie was founded in 2012 by Fanny Pilet with the aim of providing high quality services in the conservation-restoration of art and heritage assets of all sizes. Sinopie has worked hard to surround itself with a team of skilled craftspeople who enrich the atelier's remit through their expertise in specialist fields. The atelier is recognised for its appraisal work, such as analysis by stratigraphic probing, and all types of conservation and restoration solutions on works of art, painted decors, listed buildings and historic monuments.

Furthermore, to monitor the health of artworks, Sinopie produces illustrated work reports that include clear and precise documentation, illustrated with photographs, diagrams, readings and simulations drawn up using the most advanced IT tools. The atelier's efforts are a long lasting promise for the conservation of art and architectural assets in Switzerland.
