Make your own ceramic object through mould making

Held at Sasha Wardell's studio in Wiltshire, this two-day masterclass will teach you all about ceramic mould making and plaster turning. Under Sasha's guidance, you will gain practical skills as she demonstrates precise plaster weighing and mixing lathe turning for model making, as well as drop-out mould making using reservoir rings. You will have the creative freedom to design either a lidded container or a functional piece with handles. For those eager to explore further, there will be opportunities to explore casting experiments and water-erosion decoration using bone china, while demystifying the complex firing and settering process. To complete your journey, your finished, fired pieces will be carefully shipped to your home after the course.
