Crafting tableware with a jeweller's touch

Brooklyn-based artist Heath Wagoner brings the precision of his background in jewellery design to handcrafted metal tableware. During the live demonstration at Homo Faber 2026, Heath will work with repoussé and chasing metalworking techniques on a serving tray and some smaller pieces, such as cocktail picks or spoons. Visitors will see up close how repeated hammering of the metal creates form and surface detail.
