Aurora Borealis

Aurora Borealis was originally shown at Mindcraft, during Milan Design Week in 2018. The large knitted piece is 4 m x 3 m. More than 50 different threads are used and the materiality is rich and varied to include glitter and crepe textures, as well as a glow-in-the-dark thread that creates an ‘aurora borealis’ effect, hence the title of the piece.
