Web, not Waste is a large spatial installation in three layers. Each layer has its own colour: blue, green, red. All threads used are waste yarn from the garment industry. The piece measures 3.5 m x 3.5 m and is suspended with a gap between the layers – letting the play of light and shade be part of the sensory experience. The piece was created for the Danish Biennale of Craft & Design, in Copenhgen in 2015.
