Resident Boomslang

This is a sculptural clay vessel made from hand-foraged materials only. This one includes shed skins from a Boomslang snake. There is also Koffieklip, a type of soil found in South Africa, fired and crushed on the surface, which forms a gritty, rough and raw texture. The story of each piece forms as it is made, walk by walk, hike by hike.
