These four rectangular prisms explore the notions of hybridity in Bic Tieu’s southeast Asian-Australian experience. The myriad of intersecting plant motifs are made from metal alloys to achieve tones of grey. Their defragmentation and reassembling express ideas of interception, transgression and intercultural negotiations.
