The Devil (Greed)

This devil glove puppet was hand carved in lime wood with hand sewn fabrics, feather and gold leaf. It is one of seven puppets representing the seven deadly sins, and was made in honour of the traditional British puppet institution Punch and Judy. Greed is playfully turned into success and wealth through a wide grin and golden teeth.
