This sculptural bowl-shaped object is the result of coil pottery techniques and raku firing. The shape is formed with slip and score, and blending techniques. A long work dedicated to texture and details starts before the drying and first firing at 1000°C. Then the surface is reworked with a brush to add the engobe, before raku firing at 900°C and several smoking steps.
