This stoneware sculpture was shaped on a potter's wheel. The inspiration for the form came from the simple shape of a bottle. Once shaped, the sculpture was fired at 1200°C and decorated with a glaze containing copper oxide. This glaze gives a blue-green hue to the final fired sculpture.
