Palm spring

This hand-hemmed square scarf is made in Batik on silk with canting, brushes and hot wax. The various shades of green, and the light blue background are obtained through natural immersion dyes using persicaria tinctoria, reseda (weld), olive leaves, indigo, chlorophyll and camping wood (logwood).
