During this experience Lorenzo Foglia and Eleonora Lunardi introduce visitors to the history of the Foglia family, from their forefather Carlo Foglia, who opened his silversmithing business in Florence in 1935, to Lorenzo Foglia, Artistic Director of the current workshop. The visit starts with a chance to see the company's original historical models and drawings, before you enter the workshop itself, where you will learn about the main phases of production, from the raw materials to the tools and techniques used. Lorenzo will also demonstrate the chiselling technique used to create their beautiful silver pieces. Visits take place on weekdays and Saturdays, by appointment only.
