Visit a goldsmith workshop

with Jesús Domínguez Machuca

Discover a goldsmithing heritage

Orfebrería Domínguez was founded in 1945 by Jesús Domínguez Vázquez, a disciple of Cayetano González. In 1957, the workshop moved to Santa Clara Street, in the well-known San Lorenzo neighborhood, in the historic centre of Seville. Domínguez Vázquez left a deep mark on Seville's goldsmithing, so much so that the city council of Seville named a street after him. Since 1992, the workshop has been run by his son Jesús Domínguez Machuca, who has now been in charge of it for 30 years. For the workshop visit, visitors will be able to observe the creative process of Jesús Domínguez. He works completely by hand for both his religious and civil goldsmithing.
