During a tour of Höchster Porzellan-Manufaktur you will gain a comprehensive insight into the fine world of exquisite porcelain. From the production of the porcelain mass, to the modelling of artistic figures, to the elaborate painting done by hand, you will see and experience the entire process of creation at the second oldest porcelain manufacturer in Germany, involving centuries of experience and refinement of skill. The tour is followed by a short introduction to the interplay of tea and porcelain where the visit ends with a little sample of enjoyment. The manufacturer shop can also be visited afterwards. Visits can be organised weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, between 11.00 and 18.00, and on Saturdays, between 10.30 and 14.00. Evening tours can be organised on request. The cost is 18 euros for adults, 12 euros for under 16s and free for children under 6.
