Clay is pure seduction to shape, presents ideas, activates long-buried creativity, and unearths your inner artisan. Working with the versatile material requires the recognition of limits and the visualisation of possibilities. These intensive workshops are held at the artisan’s studio and limited to a maximum of five people per course, participants learn different techniques such as kneading, building, pressing, turning and modelling. Whether this creates a classic shape, a modern construct, or a crazy gimmick – participants have it in their own hands. Work will be glazed according to colour preferences and burnt in the studio oven. Previous experience is not necessary. The cost of 90 euros per person excludes material, glaze and fire.
