Tour a cabinetmaking studio in the Scottish Highlands

Angus Ross invites you to the centre of the small market town of Aberfeldy for a tour of his studio, which has continuously been in use to make furniture since the 1880s. The tour will start in the showroom, where you can see examples of finished furniture before continuing into the machine shop and the cabinet shop. You will see all pieces of furniture currently being worked on and you will witness Angus’ signature technique of steam-bending local oak and ash in action. Please note that the workshop may be noisy and dusty. Please book your visit at least 48 hours in advance.
