Make your own stool on the lathe in São Paulo

with Bruno Camarotti

Learn to design, turn and finish a wooden stool

Bruno Camarotti offers an intermediate course focused on developing a complete stool project on the lathe, from shaping the legs to finishing the seat. A review of woodturning fundamentals is followed by project planning, turning techniques, dry assembly, gluing the legs into the seat and final finishing. Classes are one-on-one to allow close technical guidance by Bruno and emphasise working to specific measurements, refining turning skills and completing a unique, hand-crafted piece. This is a 12-hour programme, and the sessions can be arranged depending on the participant's preference.
