Join papermaker Filippo Cantoni in his workshop, nestled in the picturesque town of Toscolano, Lombardy, for a two-hour papermaking course. In Toscolano, this centuries-old craft has been practised since 1381, and in this workshop you have a chance to create your own handmade paper using pure organic cotton fibres. During the session, you will have the opportunity to craft either 10 A4 sheets, 20 A5 sheets, or a set of 10 envelopes and cards, all made using the region’s renowned techniques. Please note that this experience must be booked at least three days in advance and costs 50 EUR per person.
