This monthly online workshop organised by Richard McVetis offers a taster of hand embroidery to spark creativity and introduce you to the rhythmic, meditative world of hand stitching. Perfect for beginners or those rekindling with their love of stitching, you will experiment with simple stitches under Richard's guidance. In this Stitch Action workshop, he will teach you to adapt to varying threads, scales, and spacing. The focus of the workshop is on the tactile joy of creating, with emphasis on the pleasure of working intuitively without the need for precision. The course consists of Part 1 and Part 2, each running for 2.5 hours and designed to be taken in sequence. Please note that each part of the course costs 60 GBP per person.
