Luthier Enrico Allorto welcomes to his workshop in Biella people interested in his craft, teaching a minimum 48-hour course in classic lutherie (production, fixing, restoration of guitars and stringed instruments) and decoration of musical instruments (inlay, carving, wood sculpture of headpieces for violas da gamba). Each course is tailored to the participant’s needs and interests, both for a beginner or advanced level. Enrico, who is also a musician, after a general overview of the world of lutherie, will guide participants through the production and/or decoration phases of a stringed instrument using a hands-on approach.
