Knifemaking workshop in Piedmont

with Gioel Terlizzi

An experience for knife enthusiasts

In this workshop, knifemaker Gioel Terlizzi will teach participants to build a knife from scratch. Gioel will first introduce various types of steel, such as carbon and stainless, as well as the materials he uses to make knife handles or for blade processing. Participants can then choose the shape of their knife and proceed to its crafting, hardening and finishing. The workshop takes 6 hours, but since the knife hardening process can take many hours, the hours are not consecutive and can be split over two days. Materials are included in the price. Please book the workshop at least a few weeks in advance.
