Spend two days in the workshop of master knife maker Alfredo Faccipieri in Riese Pio X, to dive into the complete process of traditional knife making. Under his expert guidance, you will heat treat, grind, sharpen and finish your own fully functional knife. Working hands-on with fire, steel and precision tools, you will experience the craft from raw material to refined object – shaping a one-of-a-kind blade that you can take home. This experience is split in two 8-hour sessions, and costs 600 EUR per person.
