During the visit, you will see Simone at work and how all the departments collaborate to create astonishing works of art. As Simone explains, “We do this to spread our tradition and the culture of this craft. Often in Murano tourists see more commercial processes, but Murano is something else, so we are keen to show what a furnace really is, and why the objects we make are more expensive than the average tourist gadget. At the end of the visit, people learn to appreciate the true value of what we do.”
