Oakywood is a Polish family workshop that was created in 2019 out of passion for wood and technology. The idea came from the oldest son, Mateusz Haberny, who grew up at the foot of the Tatra mountains, in a surrounding rich in woodworking traditions. He combined his fascination with wood with his second passion – new technologies. His first project, a wooden phone docking station, turned out to be a sales hit and that convinced him to focus on wooden home furniture and accessories.
Today Oakywood is a dynamically developing workshop run by a group of enthusiasts, with expanding machinery that enables control of every stage of production, from design through to prototyping, and the final product. The craftspeople are united by common values including quality, durability and care for the environment. That is why Oakywood’s products are made of noble, natural materials, obtained in a responsible and sustainable way. The company’s motto is to help you rediscover workspace and create original wooden accessories and furniture.
