The National Chamber of Crafts is a legal entity with its headquarters in Tirana and a presence throughout the country of Albania. Its mission is to promote the development of crafts by protecting the interests of craftspeople and consumers of craft products and services, as well as to foster professional qualifications in the field. The Chamber actively collaborates with small and medium-sized enterprises and sectoral associations on training and certification programmes for Masters and Journeymen titles. Through the implementation of the VET system, the National Chamber of Crafts develops training and qualifications across various sectors, placing particular emphasis on the digitalisation and creativity of young people in the craft sector. The National Chamber of Crafts values individual work and the profession itself. Albania counts a significant number of artisans, and the Chamber's efforts go into identifying and qualifying them to facilitate comprehensive development within the professional market.
