Founded in the 1990s, Porte Italia preserves an unbroken lineage of Venetian decorative mastery, translating centuries of historic craftsmanship into bespoke furnishings. From its production hub in Friuli to its showroom in Campo Santo Stefano in Venice, the manufacturer revives techniques historically commissioned for regional villas and palaces. Led by Enrico, Emilio and Claudia Lenarduzzi, Porte Italia rejects industrial fabrication in favour of individual, hand painted creation.

Each table, chair, armoire and architectural element is created with Venice-inspired pigments and processes designed to emulate authentic 18th-century aesthetics. This specialised making process includes creating antique motifs, chinoiserie and murals. Engaging a localised network of artisans and historic Venetian enterprises, Porte Italia sustains a rare corpus of historical techniques, bridging heritage with contemporary interior design.
