Flowers in natural concrete with roots

This composition brings together 5 varieties of botanical specimens. Each flower set in sculpted natural concrete blocks and arranged over a ground of dried leaves. The flowers are handcrafted from 90g Italian crepe paper and hand-dyed with Japanese acrylic paint. The aluminium and steel stems are wrapped in cotton thread to convey a natural look.
