©All rights reservedDragon mandolin
This mandolin was decorated with inlay depicting a dragon, built using maple, spruce, ebony, rosewood, eucalyptus, olive wood, wengé, and mother-of-pearl. The shape is an original design, developed by blending two forms: an older, smaller one producing a sweeter sound, and a larger one, closer to modern needs. The neck was customised for the musician who commissioned the object.
